7 Undeniable Reasons to Offer Non-Surgical Hair Replacement Services
Sunday | 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Stephanie Anderson
Stephanie Anderson is the resident Trichologist of Trinity Lace Wigs & Unisex Salon, a Hair Treatment Center and wig store located in San Antonio, Texas. Stephanie received an AAS in Legal Studies from Rose State College, BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, DPC and MPC in Professional Cosmetology from the Institute of Cosmetology. She is certified in various disciplines, including Natural Health, Medical Hair Loss, Trichology and Non-Surgical Hair Replacement.
Stephanie’s establishment was created to offer hair restoration services in addition to exclusive hair replacement with cranial prosthetics for men, women and children who suffer from hair loss. These specialized services are sought out by those clients who are battling cancer and undergoing the rigors of chemotherapy; as well as those who suffer from other forms of hair loss. Her secret to success is her genuine concern for those who lose their hair to medically related issues; including cancer, immune deficiencies, alopecia, heredity, etc.
In her practice, Stephanie has three principles of treatment that she adheres to while servicing clients who are experiencing hair and scalp maladies: 1) STOPPING active hair fall out, 2) restoring lost hair 3) and if 1 and 2 are not viable options, customizing realistic hair replacement for them. She is determined to help others with mild to moderate hair concerns correct, restore and maximize their potential for healthier, longer and stronger hair.
As The Hair Replacement Coach, she educates licensed professionals in the industry standard within the disciplines of Non-Surgical Hair Replacement and Medical Hair Loss at International venues such as Bronner Brothers Int’l Beauty Show, International Beauty Show (IBSLV) Las Vegas and other salons and her training facility in San Antonio, Texas.
Trinity Lace Wigs began as an internet enterprise that quickly led to a brick-and-mortar business due to the growing demand for Stephanie’s services. She quickly recognized the need to not only to be able to provide her expanding clientele quality, affordable and realistic hair; but to also utilize professional services. These include application, maintenance and care after the sale of a hair unit. If the medical grade adhesives and tapes used in providing these services are not used responsibly, more harm than good can be done to the client. This inspired the need to teach proper methods and professional standards as The Hair Replacement Coach.
She is the author of “Alopecia, It’s a Thing! Breaking Through the B.S. (Belief Systems). Mrs. Anderson is the host of The Mane Health Show; a community-based show filmed in San Antonio, TX. A featured guest speaker with Mayvenn Hair, Administrator & Creator of the Hair Loss Professionals’ Group and listed in Who’s Who in San Antonio – African American Edition(s) in 2011 and 2012, Stephanie loves to work with the community of San Antonio and beyond. Her memberships include United By Beauty professional association; she is a certified facilitator with the American Cancer Society’s “Look Good, Feel Better” program. She is a member of Sistas in Business, Theta Nu Sigma Professional Sorority, African American Leadership Institute Alum, and the Women’s Council for Christian World Ministry.
Nearly three decades as a licensed cosmetologist, Stephanie still has a passion for all things hair. Born, raised and educated in Oklahoma City, OK, Stephanie now calls San Antonio, TX home. She is the wife of MSgt Marcel Anderson, Jr., Retired United States Air Force, and the proud mother of Christian and Tristan.

HELP! My Client Has No Hair, Now What Do I Do?
Monday | 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Stephanie Anderson
This presentation is a must for any stylist who’s felt frustrated with offering services to hair loss clients and their limited options. You will be confident in learning the advanced techniques to provide this special client with Non-Surgical Hair Replacement.
